How do I create a subscription?

Creating a monthly subscription for your favorite Esport Labs products couldn’t be easier! When adding the item to your cart, select the option to Subscribe & Save.

What are the benefits of a subscription?

Esport Labs subscriptions are automatic and worry free. Once created, your orders will process once a month from the day they were created. Plus, you save money!

Going out of town and need to hold off on receiving it? We make it easy for you to adjust your subscription settings in your Account Dashboard.

How do I manage my deliveries?

The beauty of Esport Labs’s subscription program is that you have complete control. You may join the program whenever you’d like and leave the program whenever you’d like, without penalty.

Should you need to edit your subscription, all you need to do is log into your esportlabs.com account and head to your Account Dashboard. Here is where you’ll find your Subscription Orders and its controls. You can add or remove items from an existing subscription, change your shipping address, change payment methods, as well as cancel your subscriptions.

How will I know when my subscription order is on its way?

You can expect an order confirmation email every time an order processes. All upcoming order dates are available in your subscription profile as well. We’ll also shoot you an email as soon as your order ships so you can keep an eye on it from door to door. No surprises here!

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged automatically on the date the order is processed.

An order just processed that I wasn’t ready for. Can it be canceled?

All subscription orders are final, however your order may be eligible for a refund. Please consult our Refund Policy for more details.

 

Esport Labs Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Esport Labs, LLC. and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the esportlabs.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the esportlabs.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for an Esport Labs subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Cancellation

Your Esport Labs subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Esport Labs subscriptions at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard.

Other Limitations

• We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
• You may not transfer or assign any Esport Labs subscription.
• Esport Labs subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Esport Labs subscription.
• Only certain products are eligible for Esport Labs subscriptions and are noted on the esportlabs.com product webpage.
• We reserve the right to not ship you an Esport Labs subscription (some or all products) for one or more subscription periods as necessary, which may affect shipping rates including free shipping eligibility. We won’t charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription period(s).

Fee and Renewal

The subscription fee is stated on the esportlabs.com product webpage. Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your Esport Labs subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.

If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account Dashboard to see renewal dates for your subscription.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ESPORT LABS SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms in accordance with the Conditions of Use. Customers with an active Esport Labs subscription will be notified via email at their Esport Labs account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your Esport Labs subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Esport Labs subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
